Customer care
Here at Fibre Naturelle, we want to give you the best experience possible. We pride ourselves on our customer care and our friendly team really are the heart of what we do. Whether placing an order, enquiring about technical specifications or asking for advice regarding any of our products, our knowledgeable sales team are ready to help. Being a fabric wholesaler, we are business to business and encourage members of the general public to contact their local Accredited Retailer for further information.
Sample service
We offer an ‘in house’ sample service for all of our clients needs. Just login, add samples to your basket, complete the checkout process and we will dispatch the next working day. Alternatively, contact us by calling our sales team or send us an email. Members of the public should contact their local Accredited Retailer who can order free samples. They can also offer a complete service from advice on design, quantities required and make up. If you would prefer to order direct, a charge of 75p per sample is payable at checkout with free delivery.
Order processing
All orders are quality checked before leaving our facility. Our fabric experts have many years experience in the industry. Each expert has had extensive training and possesses a real ‘in depth’ knowledge of our fabric collections. Great care is taken to get the process right: from choosing the correct fabric for the client (including any specific requirements such as matching colours and patterns, working to repeats and specific cuts) right through to the way an item is packaged. We ensure that the fabric meets our high standards and arrives at the client in perfect condition.
Distribution
We do our absolute best to complete orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. With a ‘live’ system, our warehouse team are notified as soon as your order is placed. Then the process of picking, cutting and dispatch begins. All orders are sent on a next day service as standard (UK only) which can be upgraded to an express A.M. service if required. Our tracking system ensures that clients can be kept up to date with information on dispatched items where necessary.
